We have opportunities for a professionally registered Social Workers to take on a Senior Social Work roles within very well supported Adult Social Work Teams using your skills and knowledge to work with a range of people with different vulnerabilities and provide Care Act support to adults or young people moving into adulthood, both in community and hospital settings, to enable the life and choices they want.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and want our workforce to represent the amazing community we serve. You will advocate for and support managing assessments, support planning and reviews of persons with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Health or Older Person needs. You will have experience of managing complex safeguarding cases. You will be providing supervision and practice support ensuring Social Workers in the team are well supported with manageable caseloads, deputising for the manager as required.
