Senior Solicitor - Adult Social Care

Bexley is an outer London Borough with the best of both worlds, located between the hustle and bustle of London and the Garden of England, Kent. Within the borough we have award winning parks, open spaces and listed heritage sites.
Legal Services in Bexley advise on matters including (but not limited to) major property transactions, contracts, planning, litigation, education, employment, licensing, administrative law, adult social care and children’s social care matters.
The Applicant is responsible to the Principal Solicitor/Lawyer for the provision of quick and accurate processing of the full range of adults’ social care work, and associated matters. You will have the opportunity to advise on a wide range of matters, to include adult safeguarding, service provision disputes, social care legislation and judicial review.

We are seeking a solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Adult Social Care.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering effective legal advice, representation and assistance in this field whilst staying abreast of developments in the law.
