Danson Park Watersports Centre is a busy lake based multi activity centre set in a picturesque 180 acre park environment in Danson Park, Bexleyheath.
About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and capable coaching staff to join our friendly expanding team. This includes both newly qualified instructors and those more experienced.
This casual post is on a weekly rota for a range of sessions during the school holidays, weekdays, evenings and weekends working from April – September with opportunities of work all year and in term time.

Candidate Profile
You will be responsible for the delivery of watersports coaching as directed to national governing body guidelines and standards to a range of adult and youth customers.
Alongside the teaching of your respective watersports you will be responsible for dealing with customers enquires, maintaining a high standard of facility and equipment, session planning and setting up and packing away watersports equipment, sessions and facilities.
Applicants must have a flexible approach to working hours, have a good understanding of different types of vessels and the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team.
Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
